Welcome to the new generation of Pulsed Stroboscopic Inspection Lights. As the first company to provide an array of LED lights to match your specific application, Unilux developed a new product line offering extremely uniform illumination, energy efficiency and long lamp life. The soft light of an LED inspection tool makes them properly suited for inspecting labels and packaging with highly reflective coatings, foils or metalized substrates or on high-speed lines. Using custom designed power circuits and reflectors, Unilux LEDs allow the operator to select from concentrated spot or flood patterns to meet their exact needs. This is critical on highly reflective surfaces that are metalized or coated, preventing hot spots and glare that detract from the operator's ability to see voids or imperfections in the printed material. As we move toward the future and create ways to "think green", Unilux continues to build application-specific inspection tools that will decrease our carbon footprint while increasing productivity.
