LED 10X2

Welcome to the new generation of Pulsed Stroboscopic Inspection Lights. The LED 10X2 series provide a super even, square illumination pattern across a web or strip. The soft white light eliminates glare on reflective surfaces and allows accurate inspection without hot spots. Coated products, metalized surfaces, packaging, reflective surfaces and label inspection is now even easier on the operator's eyes.

The adjustable pulse width allows adjustment to match each application. With a flash range from 300 - 50,000 flashes per minute, it allows the versatility to handle any task from print inspection to steel and aluminum inspection. The pulse width control allows maximum adjustment on printing applications. The slim profile and remote control allows installation in tight or inaccessible areas on metal lines, such as bridle roll areas. Each unit is capable to expand to longer lengths should your requirements change, so you don't have to buy new lights if you move to a wider width. The expansion of these lights allow you to double or triple the coverage area.

The long life LED lamps eliminates the need for replacement lamps for years to come. With the energy efficiency of the lamps, you just keep saving the longer you use them, and help reduce the carbon footprint we leave behind. You are never without inspection power even if a few LEDs fail. With the patent-pending module design of the lamp mounts, you only need to change the failed LEDs, greatly reducing repair costs.
