The Lith-O-Light family of inspection lights come in multiple sizes are specifically designed to handle all of the needs for the printing industry. These self-contained lights allow inspection of the entire web width - not just a small section as with hand held spot strobes. With its high output, long linear lamp design the Lith-O-Light family spreads light evenly across the entire strip.
The Lith-O-Light 20 and 40 units can be slaved together to cover various widths from 40 cm to 250 cm (16” – 96”). The slender style allows easy mounting in constricted areas so 100% full web width is always available at just a glance. The CL-60 unit provides a continuous arc light across 60 inches of surface for the ultimate inspection on highly reflective material.
For narrower lines, the Cricket, Lith-O-Light 5 and Guardian cover strips from 10 cm to 46 cm (4” – 16”). Their high powered, even illumination pattern has made them the choice of rewinding users worldwide. Using optional swivel mounts or articulating arms with the LED Pocket Pixel, LED 1XS, LED 1XF and Lith-O-Light 5, the lights can be positioned anywhere on rewind tables or printing presses.
For portability, the Cricket, Tracker and Lith-O-Light 5 can be operated from a 14-volt battery supply for mobility anywhere in your plant. These powerful systems will supply up to an hour of continuous use or an entire shift of intermittent spot-checking before recharging.
For your slitter/rewinder lines where the lights need to be mounted further back, use the HD-851. Each HD-851 light covers up to 1.25 m (48”) of web width from 1.25 m (48”) away from the strip.
All the units offer multiple intensity settings, easy synchronization to the print pattern and operate from universal voltage 90 – 250 volt, 50-60 Hz. All the units come in various flash rates to fit any application from the slow speeds of form type printing to continuous surface inspection.
